主要

成果

基于在原子扩散与相变领域的研究背景,近年来重点围绕与此相关的光电忆阻体系(含两端及三端晶体管结构)在突触器件领域开展相关的物理机制及性能研究。首次提出光电自驱动突触器件的概念模型,为低能耗与阵列化的突触阵列构建提供了良好的研究思路。目前主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省双创计划之双创博士项目、南京市留学人员科技创新项目、国家重点实验室开放基金、565net必赢客户端引进人才启动基金等;参与国家自然科学基金1
